Write short version novel format necessary?

I write articles in magazines, but now wants to write a novel. I did everything I should do, but I have the basics on how to format a manuscript with Word. I know what font to use, but ~ font size, what size font to be head either to justify paragraphs or not, close widow or orphan control, and where the page number (left or center right.). Thanks out there. You're the best!

Personally, I would write a book format that is easy to read. Format does not do anything until you try to attract the interest of an agent or editor. Unless you have nothing else to occupy his time, at least have a year away from that. " If the person or company you are submitting to a specific regulation change format, follow to the letter. If not – white paper, A4 size (in Europe) or Letter (U.S.). Print on only one side. Do not bend or bind pages. one inch margins everywhere. Courier or Times New Roman, 10 or 12 points (preferably 12). Double space. You should get 25 lines per page, plus or minus a couple. Removing the first line in each paragraph ½ inch. Turn justification (right on the floor). Time widow and orphan control. Close hyphenation. Start each on a new page section. The header contains the name, a word version of their titles and (I think) the number of the page. The rules are somewhat arbitrary, but the industry was in use for decades, then that's what we all hoped to see.
