huge problem need help?! Have this ever happen to you?
okay so basically a couple days ago I’ve received a cosmopolitan magazine but I’ve never subsribe. so i went online and checked to see if i have a balanced and it said i have a balance of $15.00. i was shocked I’ve never subscribe. The only thing is i asked for them to SEND ONLY EMAILS. I wrote them and all they said was your subscription has been canceled but i still have to pay . I’m mad because its not my fault.
what would you do and has this ever happen to you.
how did you deal with it?
did you pay the balance?
Oh my gosh.
This happens with ProActive. You order it once, and all of a sudden you’re getting a big kit of it every three weeks and you have to pay for it even though you don’t choose to buy it!
Then you tell them to cancel and they try to persuade you not to and act like its not their fault.
Grr. I hate that lol
