Do I need a license to do this?
Do I need a license to start a magazine that will be free, funded completely off of advertising, have no employees, be printed inhouse and mailed personally, and that probably won’t make much if any profit, and that most of that profit will be given to charity, the magazine is completely G rated, completely appropriate, we use all the disclaimers, do I need to get a license?
No, you don’t. I mean i’m in Chicago and here you don’t need a license.
