Where I can find that the Mexican 6 layer salad recipe?

In a previous issue of Food Network Magazine (the cover photo was Paula Dean, Tyler Florence and Ina Gartner), there was a recipe on page 61 .. it was a layer salad ingredients in Mexico in June. I then spread with yogurt. then, with lettuce, green onions, tomatoes and cilentro. Where I can find this recipe?
