Is there any ad agency or other institution in India which promotes new magazine publishers by providing ads ?
I am going to publish a monthly Hindi Business magazine . In order to meet its cost, I need some ads every month for publication in my magazine. But it appears that it is very difficult to get ads for a new magazine. Is there any way out ? Is there any ad agency or other institution in India which promotes new magazines by providing them ads ? How can I solve this problem ?
at my agency, pubs send free copies to the media buy people, they also (because they had the capital to do so) would sell “bulk media buys” where you could buy a really good spread in a highly read publication but also had to buy space in lesser pubs… same is true with TV spots…
There are tons of creatives who’d kill to run stuff for free (spec.) that way they can get their ads in award shows… but I don’t think that will solve your problem.
