Just about everything you have on you list involve development of communcations skills. It would seem to me that you may want to start there.
Advocacy is the act of arguing on behalf of a particular issue, idea or person and many of the things your want to do seem to have this in common.
Although you may not care about money for yourself, it is an important tool, and besides using good communcation skills to raise support for your ideas, you should learn fundraising skills in order to gain public support for your activities.
Creativity and initiative are also important in many of the things you want to do.
Learning a second language may be needed for jobs that involve international activities.
You can find useful information on the web or at you public library on how to do the above. I suggest you discuss these with a teacher or librarian.
The following is form the Advocacy, Grantmaking, and Civic Organization link listed in the sources below:
One way to prepare for a job is to gain experience as a volunteer. Volunteering allows you to try out an organization to see if you likes it, to make good contacts in the industry, and to demonstrate a commitment to a cause. Volunteer work can be found through career and guidance counselors at high schools and colleges, as they often maintain a database of opportunities. County libraries and governments often have lists of opportunities as well. Many local schools and community groups also can identify organizations that need volunteers. The Internet is another good way to find volunteer openings.

The best feedback, in all honestly, would be to learn how to type properly. Don’t use txt-chat and internet speak while writing to someone for advice. Yes, you may be thirteen but that doesn’t excuse the horrendous lack of spell check seen in this letter(?). Once all that is out of the way, maybe people will take you more seriously. Like the response points out, money is important. The second language suggestion is good as well. Take a further look into what you want to do – maybe two or more languages would be useful. I’ve taken four languages and, though I am not fluent in any of them, I know enough to get by in different countries and hold down a decent conversation with international clients without making a fool of myself.
So, good luck to you and your future endeavors. You have a lot of ambition and I hope you see it come true!
