Not the magazine article… the actual magazine title. for example: Glamour magazine stated that Hillary Duff….etc.

That depends on what citation style you’re using… MLA, Chicago, APA, etc.
I see you posted it’s MLA – in that case the magazine title is in italics, and the article’s title would be in quotes.
