I am writing a research report for English and i need to know if something should be underlined or quoted ?
If I am mentioning a Magazine title in my essay (the dial) does that get underlined or quoted ” ” ? I know that poems get quotes, and books get underlined. but i am unsure how to properly do this. anyone know?
