What CMS / model should I use?

Hi, I would start a website for a local magazine and need your help. I use a CMS, but do not know what model to use. I would be very happy to use a CMS, if I can get something close http://www.nationalgeographic.com/. I want a model preferably free, but if there is one, is cheap, please let me know. Regards, Mark

I would suggest using WordPress.
