“Bill Me Later” for a magazine subscription…?

I’m planning on ordering a magazine subscription online and there’s this “bill me later” option on there…does that mean that a bill will come to my house through mail and that i’ll have to pay with a check? What does this mean?

the bill comes in the mail later, and you almost always have several options for payment methods (including paying a little bit at a time) whether you send payment in the mail or pay online.
