What drives the site …? (Please answer if you have a good answer)?

Now that all the anime magazines die, I need a good replacement. Do you know of sites that have the following in one place?: Anime and manga, news, forecasts, and an encyclopedia for the media: cartoons and clean and free manga online download Direct is not hosted on other sites – forums, chat, private messages, other contests: an excellent staff who really wants to help fans of anime and requires only small grants

Well, theres http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/ And http://myanimelist.net (a manga too, but can not watch anime here) I prefer MLA, just use another site to download anime http://animetake.com http://animea.net http://anikat.com
