If anyone regularly scanning electronic listings concert pages of a magazine on your local computer, turn it into text you can change and edit everything except the following: (1) If the concert is happening (2) If the concert is happening (3), who played at the concert if that information and information only at public events has been subsequently published with on a website for all to see, how this information was taken directly from the magazine published this would be considered a violation of copyright, even when the information is used only three things that are above public information at public events?
If I understand your question, no, does not infringe copyright. Generally In general, copyright does not protect facts. Note, however, that copyright can protect the body and disposal of the facts in some cases.
