I want to talk about homosexuality. While same-sex couples are now a lot of attention in the news, homosexuality has been around as long as humans have. This is not a byproduct of the ills of modern society, as many conservative church or religious leaders would have us believe. Homosexuality is well documented, in ancient civilizations, and many famous people over time have been of the same sex and guidance have made great contributions to mankind. I think we should let people love who choose to love. Like the Jews in World War II, came to Earth to awaken the world from the horrors of intolerance. protest society against homosexuals and their right to marry (fueled by religion as always) is ridiculous. Now, do not make me wrong, I believe in my God and I am very spiritual. Churches have to step over their boundaries, as usual. I am not a big church in the traditional sense, but it's a different story.

I'm sure get a lot of negative comments about it, but sometimes because of our beliefs, we have to take that leap and beat our own drum ….. for me no matter how long my relationship with God does not waver. Everything else may fail us, never ever. Think of what Christ suffered …. And everything he taught Love. So if he can do, why we are working less? No, not him again, but we can aspire to be like him.

Love is love, so why we who are the people "if this love is this? The sacrament of marriage is a commitment between two people in love. Religion should focus on commitment and love parts, especially with the rising divorce rate, not the sex of those who want to marry.
